Metzner – Reed Reynolds Number
A modified Reynolds number applied by FluidFlow for calculating friction factors of Herschel-Bulkley fluids. It is expressed by the equation:
R_{MR}= 4n'\rho VD / [\mu_w(3n'+1)]
Where:

$\rho$ | Fluid density |
| n’ | Apparent flow behavior index |
$\mu_{w}$ | Apparent Viscosity at the wall |
